Together with a team of French colleagues, Karine Abderemane (Tours), Antoine Claeys (Poitiers), Maria Kordeva (Saarland), Elise Langelier (Poitiers) and Thomas Perroud (Paris 2), Yseult Marique (Research Associate at the FÖV) has recently carried out a research project into the differences and similarities in five European administrative systems, comparing the law in Germany, Italy, Spain, England and Wales and the Netherlands.
