Luci Haspinger

As a law graduate, I am particularly interested in the interface between digitalization and the rule of law. I conduct research in this area under the direction of Prof. Dr. Martini as a research associate at the National Institute for Public Administration Germany (NIPAG).

My research focuses on constitutional law, international law, fundamental and human rights protection and administrative law. I am particularly fascinated by the new challenges posed by digitalization in these areas.

After my first state examination in Freiburg in July 2022, I began my current doctorate on the overarching topic of human rights-based climate lawsuits.
