Retrospective: The administration as an employer

This year's annual conference of the German Section of the International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS) took place in cooperation with the National Institute for Public Administration at the Federal Ministry of the Interior and Community. Representatives from administration and academia discussed the current issues and problems facing the public sector. Topics such as recruiting skilled labour, personnel development, employer attractiveness and new work were on the agenda.
