Dr Jonas Botta (NIPAG) heard as expert witness by the Committee on Internal Affairs and Legal Affairs of the Schleswig-Holstein State Parliament

The Committee for Internal and Legal Affairs of the Parliament of Schleswig-Holstein heard the testimony of Dr Jonas Botta (NIPAG Research Associate) as an expert. Dr Botta advised the committee on general administrative law, e-government law and state constitutional law.
This was prompted by a proposed amendment to the State Administration Act, which aims to strengthen the electronic form in administrative proceedings, as well as electronic file management and process handling, and thus to promote end-to-end digitalisation in public administration.
