Welcome to my homepage

As studied social and communication scientist, I have been working at the FÖV since January 1st, 2022. On behalf of the federal and state governments, the FÖV carries out challenging legal impact assessment (GFA) and evaluation projects as well as current issues relating to state and administrative modernization (e.g. administrative structure and regional reforms, digitization and public participation procedures). Another task is the further development of the methodological basics.

My previous research and work priorities have been:

• Diagnostic of study aptitude
• Political socialization, prejudice and extremism research
• Social integration and migration
• Labor market, education economy, institutions
• Multivariate statistics.

In addition, in my first job I am a state-approved educator with many years of experience in the field of youth psychiatry.
