Consolidation and digitisation of manuals on the legislative process

The project “Elektronisches Gesetzgebungsverfahren (E-Legislation)" is part of the federal project to consolidate IT services. It intends to make the legislative process at federal level seamless, interoperable and electronic from start to finish.
The German Research Institute for Public Administration (FOEV) has already supported the Federal Ministry of the Interior, for Building and Community between July 2016 and July 2021 in the "Consolidation and digitisation of manuals on the legislative process" in the context of e-legislation.

From August 2021, the work of the predecessor project will be continued on behalf of ]init[ AG. The aim of the project is to develop or finalise the digitisation concepts for the remaining manuals. In addition, the FOEV supports ]init[ AG in the implementation of the digitisation concepts in modules that will become components of the e-legislation application, as well as in the evaluation and implementation of requests for changes or new manuals (content).

Further information on the predecessor project can be found here.
